A come from behind victory for the 10k depth in this poll question.

Up until midday Monday, Karoki's breathtaking surge and commanding victory in the men's 10k was the most impressive thing to our viewers.

But the 10k depth (19 runners breaking 28) was the one surging in this vote. A little over a day later, and everyone appreciates the depth in the 10k the most. Perhaps it makes sense, as it may have taken awhile to contemplate just how crazy the depth in the men's 10k was.

Furthermore, Solinsky's 26:59 of a year ago may have softened the impact of Karoki's world-leading 27:13.

The Rocky Mountain duo of Emma Coburn and Billy Nelson, both training in Boulder under the Wetmore/Burroughs group, were also pretty impactful to our audience.  'A' Standards for both of these great steeplers.

Blankenship's victory over Lomong was probably not as moving because it was Lomong's first race of the season, and the time was well below what Lomong has run (3:39 winning time compared to his 3:32 PB)

No one was that impressed by Kipyego's victory over Shalane.  It could be that it was not that surprising with Kipyego's storied 10k success, her recent 4:06 at the Oregon Relays, and Shalane's semi-rustiness on the track.

Our vote? Right on par with the results.  You can't deny 14 'A' Standards, 19 'B' Standards, and 19 under 28 minutes. Ridiculous.
