the first meet at the facility since a complete renovation.
The men needed a 1-2-3-4 finish in the menÂ’s 1,500 meters, the final running event of the day, to overtake Army, 147-146. Liberty finished third with 111.33, followed by Georgetown (69), Bowie State (59.33), Moravian (57), Virginia Union

“I was very pleased with our performance today,” director of track and field/cross country

marks that could very well qualify for NCAA Regionals and that’s just what we wanted today.”
Sophomore Anthony Kostelac (Charlottesville, Va.) came from behind to win the menÂ’s 1,500 meters in a time of 3:45.34, just edging sophomore teammate
